Delivery terms
The complaint period is 7 days from delivery. Deliveries within about two weeks of orders. No shipments outside Finland (inquiries about export fees to talous@mastermark.fi) The seller is free from all liability, if the seller cannot fulfill their delivery obligation for reasons beyond their control, such as war, strike, lockout, fire, accident, transportation difficulties or due to other force majeure, or due to the fact that the factory or supplier does not fulfill its delivery obligation. Mastermark Oy offers a full 30-day right of return for an unopened and unused product. There are no costs for you to return the product. Prices include VAT 24%. We do not deliver products outside of Finland. During the event, we try to remove sold-out products from the online store, but in a possible sold-out situation, we will return the customer's payment to the customer. We recommend that you shop early for hats, sandals, bandanas and bags. We will print more of our other products according to demand in our own press in Turku!
